~Spiderman 3 Great!!!~

Dear and me went over to orchard road yesterday. Had our dinner at Vilage.

Watch Spiderman 3 yesterday at cineleisure...it was great hehe...

Ya the whole cinema is pack with people and almost every screening of the cinema is spiderman 3...it lucky that deardear book the seat 2 day before the show esle we would hv ended on the first row...

The storyline of Spiderman 3 is kinda different from the previous 2 part.

Part 1 and 2 focus more on developing the general characters of the spiderman story and the protray of the super power of spiderman.

Spiderman 3 change its focus to developing the inner characters of Peter(spiderman) and other characters. It protrays on how the different characters learn to harness their power to co-exist with their daily life(family) and how to handle their super power vs their inner feeling.

Spiderman 3 also give a good wrap up and ending to the entire 3 part series. Answering to question like how Peter(Spiderman) choose to solve his conflict with his power(choice of revenge for his uncle) changing from the good to the dark side and back / his relationship with MJ /his relationship with his best friend Harry(new Green Goblin) and how all these is resolved.

Overall its a great show that shouldnt be miss :)

~Few places I went before the exams (Red Star/Outback Steakhouse/River Valley)~

These are the few eating place I went before the exam hehe....Finally got time to update liao hehe....



Red Star aka Hong Xing Restuarant
Went with my mum during on of the weekday morning hehe...thus not that crowded...
Red Star serve mainly dim sum and I heard that it started out long ago in the early 80s and it is 100% pack with people during the weekends. Really good comment as well form alot of people.

However, I dun think the food taste fantastic...well it was not bad better than "yum cha (the chinatown one)" but not as good as the one at Mirama hotel.


Service wise is quite bad the person there are quite rude...I would hv understad if it was a weekend or somethi but as seen the restuarant is practically empty???

Price is quite ok cheaper than "yum cha" but more expensive than the one at Mirama Hotel.




Outback Steakhouse
Went with deardear to the job fair at suntec before the exam period (mm... this is quite sometime ago I think???)

Had our dinner at Outback Steakhouse after a long queue of 1/2 hour. Outback is a Austrialia Desert Theme restuarant.... Food is good with lots of varieties...mm... portion wise kinda small for an Aus restuarant but suitable for Singaporean portion I guess.


Laogong with the refillable Ice Lemon Tea (this is funny as I and deardear were very thirsty at that time due to walking at the job fair the whole day without drinking...thus the waiter was like refilling our glasses every 5 min for the entire hour haha...and he gave us the look like "Wow these 2 person come from the desert is it???" )

The food....yummy....

Grill chicken breast with cheese and bacon serve with fries

The downside of the food is that they dont hv vegetables/ salad to go with it so its kinda oily.

River Valley food area

Went with my parents and deardear on 2 seperate occassion.

Went for the fish head steamboat with my parents... mm.. its kinda special as its like sitting in a old shophouse area eating charcoal heated steamboat (this is kinda rare in sg now I guess cause nobody use charcoal anymore plus its troublesome as hv to keep adding the charcoal to the pot)


Food is not bad hehe not very cheap but portion is really big.....

Went with deardear to river valley on a seperate incident to the new open cantonese cafe. The food there is not bad, the portion is really really really big....

(Main course, dim sum, the milk tea and hot dessert is good the cold dessert is very bad...cause no matter which u ordered, the dessert is the same haha...and everythi is so sour....maybe the cook like sour food as its like eating lime ice kacang haha)...

~Finally Over!!!~

Exam is finally over haha...I finally graduate liao hehe....

Mm...have a bit of mixed feeling right now. I happy that I am getting my degree finally and that I can be more independent but at the same time I am sad to leave school life.... (well that means I am old liao... and it also means having to hold greater responsibilities.... and having to go out and work... no more after exams holidays like a student...sian...)

Nevertheless I must enjoy my 2 month "unoffcial" self-declared holiday haha....till I step into the next phase of my life...

Yap will be going to the casino next week at genting... hope that I can win enough $$$$$$$ to go for my graduation overseas trip since my parent arent into the thingy of sponsering my overseas trip.

Should be going to Japan if the tour group can be confirm.... if not should be going to Sydney (free and easy trip)...wanted to go cairns but Australia now is winter time so cant really play alot of sea sports I guess.

Just went to do cut and dye my hair on mon at my mum friend shop... no very sastified with the color though cause think its too bright??? Hope the color will fade away after a few wash... Btw I cut off my long hair so now is kinda short haha at shoulder length...guess I look kinda different now hehe...
