~Valentine Day 2007 (Gallery Hotel)~
Waited for deardear at Orchard Road Takashimaya to pick me up...ya he was late as usual..mm... but no choice loh my deardear is late for everythi everyday haha...

Ok I may sound weird but I dun like big bouquet of flower... reason no 1: I have to carry it around the whole day its very heavy...reason no 2: Its a waste of money....haha guys out there dont u wish all ur gf would think this way too....
Ya went over to Gallery Hotel (Zenden) for dinner...mm...a surprise he planned for me.
Was quite late so didnt managed to get the window seat but still the atmosphere there is really romantic.... with all the pink and white love-shaped balloons hanging all over the place, the live band singing love songs, the valentine day decorations from the entrance all the way to your table.... I must say that this is one of the most romantic valentine dinner I had.

Zenden service is great...haha...as compared to last year (where I went to the Jewel Box at Mount Faber where their stupid fireworks burn me and my clothes and they refuse to pay my medical bills)
Zenden food is good too haha... interesting display.

Appetizer: Platter of Scallop, Smoked Salmon & Crumbed Oyster (The smoke salmon taste great really fresh)

Soup: Creme of Asparagus and Freshly baked bread
Intermezzo: Strawberry with Sorbet (this is so cute haha...)

Main course no.1:Black Cod Steak with Prawns & Vegetable Stew Served with Capellini Pasta (Deardear choice)
Main Course no.2:Roast Beef Fillet with Mixed Forest Mushrooms Compote Laced with Red Wine & Savoury Potatos (My choice... ok this is a long name haha... no idea wat is that...simple sense is steak with red wine, mushroom and potatos haha)
Sweet Dessert: Gourmet Chocolate Ice-cream Cake (White chocolate for me, Dark chocolate for deardear)
